Photographic evidence of change on the Pinnacle Nature Reserve
Through the foresight of Mark Hallam, efforts of the Pinnacle Environment Group (PEG), fotpin's forerunner in the 1990s, there is a collection of photographs of their work on the Reserve, especially of the major plantings carried out at that time. These photographs also, of course, document what the Reserve looked like at that time.
It is possible to identify where some of the photos were taken and to compare them with recent views from those locations. A small sample of such comparisons is accessible from this page.

it is possible to open both images in a pair at once to allow comparison.
The arrows, where present, point to features distinguishable on both photographs. |

We hope to add more photo comparisons in the future.
